Tonight’s Seahawks vs Lions game is so important . I really like the direction of this team under Mike Macdonald . They play with lots of effort and really get after the quarterback on defense . I think this is a playoff team and lots of people will be surprised .

Tyler Lockett is staying in Seattle . He revised his contract and both sides were able to come to terms with it . He stated that “ Seattle is home “ and that is where he will remain . I do hope that Lockett retires with the Seahawks and is able to win a Super Bowl or 2 . There are not too many players like him .

Jon Jones gave the people an amazing show last night . That kick to the ribs of Stipe was a precise strike . He is without a doubt the most gifted fighter in UFC history from a talent and skill stand point . He just has so many ways of beating you .

Just a random stabbing in downtown Orlando . Things like this are becoming the norm . Where people can not go out and have drinks in peace . I guess this is the norm in most big cities or growing metros . I hate the fact that for disagreements people are quick to resort to violence .

The Orlando Magic are now the 4th seed in the Eastern Conference . They have a record of 36 to 26 and it is the first time in over 10 years that they are up 10 games over 500 . This can be a very special season for them and I see this Magic team as being very dangerous come playoff time .

Great Cuban food . I just tried this for the first time and it is very convient next to the Florida mall . I recommend this spot if you enjoy Cuban food .

Not sure what is going on with the Pacers but they need to tighten up and string some wins together . The East is very crowded and only a few games separate the 4th seed from the 8th seed .

The Knicks with Jalen Brunson back in MSG absolutely destroyed the Orlando Magic . It is scary to think that they will have OG and Mitchell Robinson back soon along with Julius Randle . The intensity from the Knicks is definately playoff level .

Ruston, LA

If you are in this area please be careful some strong severe weather is heading here . If you can avoid the roads for the next few hours then please do . I expect some localized flooding with these downpours and some wind damage (winds in excess of 40+ mph) .
