Tonight’s Seahawks vs Lions game is so important . I really like the direction of this team under Mike Macdonald . They play with lots of effort and really get after the quarterback on defense . I think this is a playoff team and lots of people will be surprised .

Tyler Lockett is staying in Seattle . He revised his contract and both sides were able to come to terms with it . He stated that “ Seattle is home “ and that is where he will remain . I do hope that Lockett retires with the Seahawks and is able to win a Super Bowl or 2 . There are not too many players like him .

Just a random stabbing in downtown Orlando . Things like this are becoming the norm . Where people can not go out and have drinks in peace . I guess this is the norm in most big cities or growing metros . I hate the fact that for disagreements people are quick to resort to violence .

The UCF basketball team had a rough game from the turnover and 3 pt % perspective . Iowa State is a very good defensive team but there is no excuse for UCF shooting 1/19 from 3 pt line and having home field advantage . This game was winnable if you even shoot 30% from the 3 it would have been a blowout . I will say that I think Iowa State is the 2nd best defensive team in the Big 12 after Houston .

This is one of the best Thai restaurants I have ever been too . Everything tastes fresh and is full of flavor . I had a shrimp fried rice which was infused with pineapple had cashews, raisins and was just full of flavor . I highly recommend this restaurant if you are around the area .

Sundays game against the Giants should be epic . I expect a good game and the Seahawks pulling away at the end . I have been so impressed with the defense and Geno .

The median home price in DC is a mind boggling $ 535,000 . There is no way that the average Joe can buy a decent sized house there . I also seen that the average income in DC is $ 79,000 which means those people can get homes worth about $ 300,000 . It is getting harder and harder to achieve the American dream .

Leonard Williams has been extended . He will be getting $ 21.5 per year definately worth it . He is one of the top interior defensive lineman in the country . He was very disruptive last year .

Bad start for the Noles losing 24 to 21 against the Georgia Tech yellow jackets . I think this FSU team will be in for a long season if they do not correct the defensive and offensive issues . For instance bad defensive line play, linebackers missing their gaps and offensive line getting pushed around .
