The Houston Cougars are my pick to win the NCAA march madness tournament . The defense and rebounding of this Cougar team is just elite . I also think that playing in the Big 12 has made this team more battle tested . When you are constantly playing against the best teams in the country you get better .

That ankle injury that just happened to Jamal Shead against Duke did not look good at all . I hope that it is not serious because with him this Houston team can win the championship .

The Houston Rockets are playing a match better brand of basketball and are 7 and 3 in their last 10 games . It is a shame that the season is almost over and that the Rockets will miss the playoffs and the playin tournament . If the season was longer the Rockets would have made the playoffs . I think they can use this as fuel for next season .
