Pat Riley and the Miami Heat staff are very good at identifying talent and overlooked players . I really do think there is something to the Heat culture . The issue that I see with that team is that they are good enough to make the playoffs and make noise but not good enough to win a title . I feel like they need another superstar to get this team over the edge .
